Sometimes it’s the small, intimate moments that tend to have the most significant impact on the overall experience of the day. These cherished interactions can create lasting memories that truly define your special event.

Below are some lovely mini ceremonies that can be beautifully included in your celebration. These unique rituals can add a special touch to your day and create lasting memories for you and your partner.

Note: Bring your own candles, sand, stones, and any additional meaningful items. With advance planning, we can provide the appropriate reading to accompany the moment. There is no fee for any of the inclusions.

Express Your Love Uniquely

It's so important that when you are standing at the altar, holding hands and looking into each other's eyes, the words spoken to unite you in marriage must perfectly express your beliefs and love for one another.

Honoring Loved Ones

The day is filled with powerful emotions and memories that fill every corner of your event space. To honor those who have passed, consider thoughtfully placing cherished photos, heartfelt letters, meaningful names, beautiful cards, and special mementos on a chair, pew, or table. This display will allow other guests to appreciate and possibly contribute to the memories of your honored loved ones.

We offer a selection of special and unique chairs for you to use if this idea resonates with you. Please ask before your event and we can offer chairs that are unique, sturdy, and appealing to the eye. Please do not move the antique furniture on your own as some of it is very fragile.

These pictures were taken at the Hanover Historical Society Museum in 2024. It’s a fascinating portal into local history and lore, and a visit there would add a beautiful addition to the wedding day or weekend activities your guests might choose from.
